Whether you're in need of a simple hem or a complete fit makeover, I offer reasonable rates and clear communication to ensure your wedding dress alterations are flawless and completed in just three months. Bridal Fittings & Alterations
The first appointment involves getting the fit just right to your unique body shape. During this consultation the gown will be fitted with pins and accurate measurements taken to ensure a perfect fit. The dress will then be left with our seamstresses who will work to get that perfect fit. During the second appointment the fit will be checked, appliques, lace and other embellishment may have been removed during this fitting, so don’t be surprised, this appointment is all about the perfect fit. Once everyone, including the seamstress, is satisfied with the fit, the hem will be cut. On your third appointment the dress will be fully embellished, and a perfect fit and hemline length ensured. For extensive customisations to the dress, further appointments may be needed. You can be safe with the knowledge that our dedicated team of seamstresses, have years of experience in bridal alterations, customer service; they also have qualifications in pattern cutting and fashion design. All you need to do is sit back and trust the process, as they work their magic. We know that many of you, may have childcare or work commitments, that’s why we offer a flexible service offering both weekend and evening appointments (including Sundays).
